I am having a problem restarting services for exchange I get this error;
Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server. The server is (9DA0E 103-86CE etc.) The User is SYSTEM/NT AUTHORITY, SID=S-1-5-18

I had 2 Techs come in and try to take care of the problem and where not able to do it...

any Ideas/solutions to this problem?

Hi Roxana,
I'd fire the techs. All they have to do is search on Google for a Microsoft Knowledgebase solution -
