Hi Samuel,

According to your post, I understand that you want to migrate a Windows NT 4.0 server with Exchange 5.5 to a Windows 2003 server with Exchange 2000.

Exchange Server 5.5 is also supported to run in a Windows Server 2003
environment. However, Exchange Server 5.5 itself must be installed and run
on either a Windows 2000 Server or Windows NT 4.0 Server-based computer.

The next version of Exchange, code-named "Titanium" (and anticipated for release by mid-2003), can be installed and run on both Windows Server 2003 and Windows 2000 Server.

For more information, you may refer to the following articles:

To migrate Windows NT to Windows 2003, you may refer to the following

You can use the ADMT 2.0 to migrate users, groups, and computers from
Windows NT domain to Windows 2003 domain. For detailed information, you may

Migration

Hope this helps!

Have a great day!

Sincerely,
