Can anyone help me please. I am getting the following error on the event viewer of my Windows 2003 domain controler when ever I add a new machine to the network. It also deletes SID's at random. Does anyone know what this means?

Event ID 12293
There are two or more objects that have the same SID attribute in the SAM database. The Distinguished Name of the account is CN=Armando Ramirez,OU=ACSG,OU=Users,OU=Miami,DC=unitedtec,DC=com. All duplicate accounts have been deleted. Check the event log for additional duplicates.
