When trying to install 2 different ISDN adapters (internal and external) on the same PC I get the following error message...
"There is no driver selected for the device information set or element".
I cannot fix this problem as I dont understand it.
Any help appreciated

Hi,
I have moved your thread as it has nothing todo with the application "WinHelpDesk"
However you proberly need the driver disk's / cd's from the ISDN Card vendor's to install the correct driver. Usually they ship installatino programs with their cards so you don't need to search around for the correct drivers.
