It says my 30 day trial is up, but I purchased a license

Hello,

I have Monitorware Agent version 3.0 installed, and has been working since we have purchased the license. Recently, I noted that the service stopped for the Agent. After I saw that the service did not start, I see in the event viewer that is say I need to purchase a "real" license.

I have the correct license key, and purchasers name configured correctly.

Suggestions?
