Where is a backup copy of my database being stored on my PC. Under your FAQ section is says that the file name is "SecurePwdData.txt". I can't find that file.

Sure would be a problem if a backup copy isn't being kept when I sync with my Pocket PC.

this file is located in the same directory where Pocketpasswords is installed. This usually is \Program files\PocketPasswords

I'm afraid I lost my data. The PocketPC battery drained to zero and all is gone. I was assuming there was an sync copy being made to the PC, but now I fear it's a manual copy only.
