Could you explain these options (and the difference between them) located on the bottom of the "Issues" page:

Enable Message Body

Enable HTML Message Body

"Enable Message Body" means that the mail is sent as clear-text format.

"Enable HTML Message Body" means it is sent as HTML Mail.

If both are checked (recommended if you use HTML mail), both parts are sent and the recipients mail program will decide which version to use.

If none are checked, NO message is sent. So you should check one. We recommend sending plain text messages.
