many thanks for contacting Adiscon support. I would appreciate if you could have a look into NewsMerge's event log. probably there you can find additional information.
I have also heared that hotmail has made some non fully STMP-compliant changes to their mail system to prevent spam. It may happen that these cause the troubles you experience in NewsMerge. If that is the case, we must dig down into it based on what you see.
