It looks like it is possible to have WinHelpDesk running off SQL Server based on one of your configuration keys (DbType).

There seems to be a DBJetPath configuration key, but I was unable to find a DBSQLPath or some such other key. Am I missing something, and if so how can you connect WinHelpDesk to MS Sql?

Its not documented because its not currently supported. Sorry I have no better reply.
